The heads of the DOJ Antitrust Division and the Federal Trade Commission signed
a “Memorandum of Understanding on Antitrust and Anti-monopoly Cooperation” with the three AML enforcement agencies in Beijing.
It provides some formal structure to what had already been a long and productive bilateral relationship.
