China's Anti-Monopoly Law (AML) has been in effect since August 1, 2008.
AML is more detailed than the Sherman Act in the United States.
The language of the AML is neutral subjecting both domestic
and foreign entities to equal scrutiny; however, there are concerns among
foreign entities with respect to their implementation and enforcement.
